- Display is shown as the Provider ID, should be the provider’s name. Fix:
- Not a valid slice type under supportingInfo:Type of Facility section Fix: Checked HL7, Type of facility is not there, and we did not find this in data guide as well. We have removed the type of facility from the supporting info
- Not a valid slice type under supportingInfo:Type of Care section. Fix: Checked HL7, Type of facility is not there, and we did not find this in data guide as well. We have removed the type of facility from the supporting info.
- Not a valid slice type under supportingInfo: Frequency Code section. Fix: Checked HL7, Type of facility is not there, and we did not find this in data guide as well. We have removed the type of facility from the supporting info.
- Coding is incorrect, code system is missing under supportingInfo:drg à category.coding.code
- category.coding.system & category.coding.code are not present under onAdmission section. Expected value- https://www.nubc.org/CodeSystem/PresentOnAdmissionIndicator Present on Admission Indicator. Fix: Fixed in 2.7, OnAdmission.coding.code is mapped to Present On Admission, as provided in the source file.
- Value must be “Prior payer paid” for category.coding.display under adjudication:adjudicationamounttype:priorpayerpaid. Fix: This has already been fixed
